Season 3 of Out For Delivery is over and so ends Col. Brian's obsession with the TV antenna. Special thanks to Russ, the Patron Saint of Technology at Eldorado. Dr. Stu missed again and blamed the boys. The Past Master, Executive Producer, mailed Brian a package and he opens it on air. Some kid was so busy on his phone he walked into Brian's parked work truck. Mayor Bruce has a fan in his delivery vehicle that's always on. The camera conspiracy gets deeper.
